It’s essential that we have people around us for support during tough times, to celebrate our wins, and to provide the space to be our authentic selves.

These relationships need to be nurtured with quality time and energy. Which is where that conversations movement comes in. We encourage people to deepen their relationships through intentional conversations. The meaningful chats in which you feel seen, heard, and that fill your cup.

Our conversation events offer you a space to be curious and show appreciation for a friend, family member or partner. Our podcast provides inspiration for questions you’ll want to ask someone in your life. Our activity guides will help you get started in having deeper chats in your own time.

attend an event.

Our conversation events are a facilitated experience you attend with a friend, family member or partner.

You sit across from each other in a relaxed, casual setting and engage in a few structured activities. You set the time aside to spend with someone you care about, and we create a space where phones are put away for you to attentively listen, learn and share.

The activities involve you responding to conversation prompts, sharing words of appreciation with one another, and taking a trip down memory lane together. You don’t chat to random people, or move around the room. The full experience is with someone you know, and by the end of the event you’ll feel a little closer to whoever you’ve attended with.

Join your host Chris as he chats to people in his life about topics that range from the wholesome to the silly and everything in between. Each episode is guided by a theme and a ‘question of the episode’. Expect a blend of storytelling, vulnerability and talking nonsense, that will inspire you to have a similar chat with someone in your life.

Episodes to date have spanned topics such as laughter, gratitude, mental health, and wisdom among others.

  • (30 mins-2 hours)

    A way to find out more about a friend or family member, and give them space to tell their story. Sitting down and intentionally taking the time to ask questions you’ve always wondered the answers to.

  • (5-20 mins)

    A lovely activity to do with someone you care about. Taking the time to reflect on what you like about each other, and show some appreciation for one another’s qualities.

  • (10-30 mins)

    A fun activity to reflect on shared memories, and have a laugh retelling stories together. Embrace how you both remember things differently, and how different memories stand out to one another. A nice way to look back and appreciate your relationship.
